EIRGIS has submitted a
proposal to Gail Ewart, the state Geographic Information Officer, for a GIS Regional Resource Center (RRC) in Eastern Idaho. RRCs are mentioned in the Idaho
Strategic and Business Plans as a part of the Idaho Spatial Data Infrastructure.
